DesignBlendr Cancellation Policy
Refunds for Services:
- Cancellation Eligibility: – Services may be canceled at any moment.
- Requests for cancellations must go through the official channels for customer care.
- Notice Period: – Cancellations of services must be made with a minimum of thirty days’ notice.
- Refunds for Cancellations: – No reimbursements for services already provided or projects that are only partially finished.
- Membership Cancellations: – You can stop a monthly membership at any moment, but to avoid fees, you must do so before the following billing cycle.
- Annual subscriptions can be canceled, but usage-based reimbursements will apply.
- Process: – Send an email to customer service explaining the cause for the cancellation along with your account information.
